PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN PAYPAL OR WHATEVER PAYMENT SOURCE YOU USED TO PROCESS PAYMENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES IF YOU DID NOT UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS, NOR CAN WE CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR PAYMENT.
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

• Merchandise may be returned for a STORE CREDT ONLY to the address provided at checkout, within 3 days of the date your order shows received from our boutique.
• All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tag on the clothing attached.
• All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned/exchanged
• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note the tracking number if applicable.

We know, returns can be a hassle. We’ve worked really hard to keep the returns process simple so you can stay FABULOUS. We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know what to expect.
Once your return is delivered to our boutique, we will put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though we’re pretty fast, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your STORE CREDIT to be issued via email.
We have a limited number of BOUTIQUE styles featured on our lives and album sales and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. But don't worry, we feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and we’ll issue you a store credit as soon as possible! If the right style is available in the correct size, we will send out your new item as soon as your incorrect item is received.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes life happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Our team is oh so skilled at packing and shipping orders fast! Once they initially process your order (usually within 1-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you come across a dress that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if the team has not already processed your order (usually within 1-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed.
